Pastor Ron was appointed to serve as Pine Grove's Pastor June 1, 2019.

The attributes that best describe Pastor Ron as a pastor are strong preaching, leadership development and counseling. He has expressed a burning desire to lead a church like Pine Grove where biblical views are embraced and encouraged, with members who care about the needs of those around them and who want to connect others to the body of Christ. Pastor Ron takes worship and preaching very seriously.

Originally from New Jersey, Ron has been connected to Florida since he went to college here. Ron has been in full time ministry for nearly 18 years. He served as a Youth and Associate Pastor at First Baptist Church in Milford, Deleware for 3 1/2 years. He then had the privilege to Pastor the Fellowship Baptist Church in Elkton, Maryland for 14 years. Ron has a BS in Theology, a Master's in Counseling, and a Doctoral degree in Ministry.
